Jersey Organic Yurts was initiated in 2011 and provides low-impact, handmade yurts for rental, sale and environmental education.  We aim to offer a unique experience to Jersey inhabitants and tourists.  We build and design original wooden yurts, inspired by the Kyrgyz and Mongolian style yurts.

 

Our mission is to make these beautiful shelters accessible through rentals, sales and educational workshops.  We have spent several years investigating different styles and techniques of high quality, natural and sustainable building construction.  We have developed our own unique standard, inspired by traditional yurts and incorporating local and ecological methods.
